NO legal advice here. Nothing posted on either of the above sites should be construed as legal advice nor does anything on these sites, or ones interactions with them, create an attorney-client relationship. Furthermore, as a public defender, I am barred from the private pratice of law. Consequently, I cannot provide you with legal advice.

My opinions are my own. The views and opinions I express on my sites are mine and mine alone. They are not those of my employers or associates. That is, I take all credit or blame for what I write here and on my blog. I do not accept money to write about or feature material.

Ads are NOT endorsements. I run machine-selected ads on both of my sits through Google AdSense. This means I have no direct role in selecting what individual ads run. An algorithm over at Google does the work. So I do not know what ads you are being shown. Consequently, if you see an ad on a site, or in one of my videos, it does not mean I endorse or support its content.

Associate Links. In addition to revenu from ads, my sites also generates revenu through the Amazon Associates program. That is, if you follow a link to Amazon, and purchase something, a small potion of the proceeds may be shared with me.

Links to, comments by, or any sharing of works by third-parties does NOT constitute an endorsement. Occasionally, I'll write about, link to, or otherwise share something I find interesting. However, I often talk about things I don't agree with or things that I only partially agree with. Talking about something is not the same as endorsing it. As for comments left by third-parties, I tend to leave most of them in place as long as they seem somewhat connected to the topic of a post/page and they aren't overly profane or abusive. I alone determine what that means. However, these comments are not mine, and their presence should not be considered an endorsement. Rather, they are part of a dialogue. What screening there is pre-posting, I leave up to some fancy filters. So I often do not see comments, even after they are live. If you have a legal concern with a comment, let me know.
