Links to, comments by, or any sharing of works by third-parties does NOT constitute an endorsement. Occasionally, I'll write about, link to, or otherwise share something I find interesting. However, I often talk about things I don't agree with or things that I only partially agree with. Talking about something is not the same as endorsing it. As for comments left on my blog by third-parties, I tend to leave most of them in place as long as they seem somewhat connected to the topic of a post and they aren't overly profane or abusive. I alone determine what that means. However, these comments are not mine, and their presence on this site should not be considered an endorsement. Rather, they are part of a dialogue. What screening there is pre-posting, I leave up to some fancy filters. So I often do not see comments, even after they are live. If you have a legal concern with a comment, let me know.
